Lalela Chillable Red comprises 3 parts of Grenache Noir, blended to create this utterly delicious light red. 1/3 direct press, 1/3 saignee – bled from a tank after 36 hours, 1/3 fermented on skins. The first 2 portions are barreled together with the red wine portion added later. Approx 9 months in barrel. Sleek, silky, wonderfully dry and refreshing.
