Where is your shipping facility?
We currently operate one primary warehouse in the USA and are actively working to expand into Canada and Europe.
How can I track my recent orders?
Once your order is placed at www.novoguia.es, you’ll receive an email with a USPS tracking number.
What forms of payment do you accept? What are your hours and shipment times?
We accept all major credit cards and MoneyGram. Orders typically ship within 24 hours of payment. For international orders, allow 48 hours.

Why has my account been suspended?
All novoguia products are for laboratory research use only. If we suspect misuse or unlawful intent, your account may be suspended and your IP flagged.
I’ve forgotten my password. How do I reset it?
Click “Login” on the top-right of our website. Then click “Lost my Password?” to reset your credentials.
How can I view my past orders?
Log in and navigate to the “My Account” page to view your complete order history.

Why is my payment being declined?
Please ensure that your billing address matches the one registered with your card. If you still encounter issues, contact us at [email protected].
How will this purchase appear on my credit card?
The charge will show as Begley Research* on your credit card statement.
How are chargebacks handled?
We take chargebacks seriously. Frivolous claims may result in a permanent ban and legal action. Please read your card issuer’s policies before filing.
Can I still use a promo code after checkout?
Promo codes must be entered during checkout. They cannot be applied retroactively, but you can use them on your next order.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not shipped yet, we can cancel it. Contact us immediately. Once shipped, all sales are final.

Where are your products made?
All novoguia products are made in the USA by certified biotechnology manufacturers.
Why is my chemical out of suspension?
This is normal. Use warm water and shake gently to restore it.
What are your chemicals suspended in?
Polyethylene glycol (PEG) 300.
How do I store peptides?
Store away from light and humidity. For long-term storage, refrigerate or freeze.
Will peptides degrade in transit?
No. Lyophilized peptides are stable for several weeks without refrigeration.
How do you assure peptide quality?
All peptides are produced in ISO 9001:2008 certified facilities and verified using mass spectrometry and HPLC.
Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
Domestic shipping is $9.95. Most orders arrive within 2–4 business days.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes, we offer express shipping for $30. Signature required. U.S. only.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International shipping is $40. Customers are responsible for all customs fees and regulations.
My tracking says delivered but I didn’t receive it. What should I do?
Contact your local USPS office with your tracking number. We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered.
Do I need to sign for my package?
Orders over $750 paid via PayPal require a signature upon delivery.
