Winshaw Family Vineyards in Stellenbosch is run by brothers, Pierre and JP Winshaw. This is a classic Stellenbosch Cab Sauv with firm tannins, deep, dark fruit and a hint of anise/cedar. Will develop beautifully too if you’re patient.
